Anthony C. James, President/CEO

 As the founder of the company, Anthony brings several decades of business experience to the table. Under his leadership, the company is poised to become a major player in the distribution and construction of state-of-the-art modular home components and innovative insurance solutions across various sectors. With strong ties in international trade, HIVE can import goods without a profit motive, enabling the company to offer more affordable options to its members. This strategy aims to counteract the impact of tariffs and trade wars in 2025 and beyond. 

 CMSgt. Al Wilson (USAF Ret.), a distinguished veteran and master builder, has established himself as a visionary real estate developer. He successfully envisioned, built, managed, and maintained numerous public/private commercial projects, including the 150,000 sq. ft. Rancho Arroyo Sports & Entertainment Complex in Sacramento, California. He has also built numerous housing complexes, apartments, schools, shopping malls, and mansions, in addition to co-founding VHIERS. 

Mr. Jacks is an insurance industry veteran with over 20 years of corporate and consumer insurance experience. His responsibilities include directing and coordinating the rollout of our "Owner-Controlled Insurance Policy" program (OCIP) in collaboration with company president Anthony James. Through Magnanimous Insurance and other select partners, we will offer end to end cargo, project, as well as structure, fire and health insurance, coming soon. 

As a disabled veteran and advocate, Anthony Jr. collaborates closely with our clients to create custom homes and services that reflect their unique styles and needs. His personal experience as a veteran enables him to offer compassionate and tailored support. As Director of VHIERS, the Veterans Health Insurance Endowment and Referral Service (coming soon), Anthony Jr. leverages his construction and project management expertise to ensure each home meets the client's vision. His dedication and leadership make him an invaluable asset in turning your dream home into a reality.

 With over 20 years of experience in systems integration for government-funded IT, security, and healthcare initiatives, Will is the visionary founder and Chief Solutions Architect of PHIERS.org, a cooperative health insurance and prescription plan for all beneficiaries of Hive EL services. Our plan aims to pave the way to Universal Healthcare, funded by savings from the HIVE Marketplace (PHIERSale), and a jobs plan to support Medicaid work requirements (PHIERworks). Together, with the PHIERPlace and Hive EL, we intend to address the housing, healthcare, and hunger crises facing our nation in a sustainable manner. Will is also the co-founder of VHIERS.
